Day in the life…
You get to work with the best recruiters in Hospitality; hire the best operators in the industry, which means if there is an opening you fill it quickly, efficiently and with a “You Got It attitude!
Like to debate? Well you get to negotiate offers and Agency agreements (when applicable)
We like a bunch of different people from different backgrounds so you get to create and manage cool recruiting advertising that attracts a diverse group of Operators
You get to go back to school and present, talk and recruit students that think you’re out dated
You get to surf the Internet as long as you want to, just as long as you are recruiting
Like to talk? Great, you get to carry on a conversation with people all day to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements (it is actually pretty fun)
You get to play detective and work with some of the best background check companies out there
You get to administer and manage to fun survey that you have to take to get this job
Paperwork. Not a lot, we are pretty much paperless, but you do have to review Applications, Background Release Forms and Results and make sure they meet our standards and because I have to say it, you’re responsible for 100% accuracy on your on line recruiting files
Recognition for your great hiring prowess and accountability for your, well bad ones!
Non typical office environment. We have games in the lobby, a billiard table in the break room, Shuffleboard up front and we gather monthly to visit over “refreshments”
We work hard, we play hard and we have FUN!
The “Musts”- you must have excellent communication and organization skills and ability to exercise good judgment in decision-making. Must be available for frequent and extended travel and yes, must have 2-4 years of recruiting experience or a combination of experience and education.
