POSITION SNAPSHOT:

The IT Applications Manager will lead a team of individuals responsible for the implementation, management, optimization, and support of multiple restaurant and hospitality applications in the Dave & Buster’s and Main Event business. The primary applications include our gaming platform, back office / inventory system, server tablets, and automation and checklist applications, among others. This individual will also lead the requirements gathering and software selection of new applications as needed and will be involved in the preparation of system workflow and data flow design and documentation.

The Manager role provides oversight & guidance of team, assigns resources to complete projects, ensures timely resolution of escalated support requests, and responsible for the evaluation and development of staff.

The person in this position will work closely with our Operations leadership to ensure their needs are being met, and will work with the Senior Director of Store Systems on setting strategy for current and future initiatives. The manager position will represent and proxy for the director as required.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Store Systems.

Day in the life…

• Organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments, with strong resource management and delegation skills.
• Manage relationships with vendors.
• Monitor and report on applications’ availability and service level agreement metrics.
• Escalated technical support for field Operations users.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
