•You love taking care of our Guests!
•Your ultimate focus is on guest service – meaning you like to answers all guest’s calls promptly and in a friendly manner to create a great guest experience
•You enjoy working hand-in-hand with store management, operations, marketing and/or IT department to resolve guest concerns
•You are able to conduct investigations into escalated guest concerns and can recommend course of action in line with Company practice and policy
•You professionally and efficiently respond to guests who call about service, policy, Power Card, or store condition concerns to WHQ in order to regain or maintain solid relationships with the guest
Day in the life…
•Identifies guest concerns, and reports trends to Senior Management.
•To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to have fun, a positive attitude and make our guests feel like they are the most important person in the world, because they are!
•Provides feedback to the store’s General Manager and Operations Team regarding guest service and Power Card issues.
•Business coursework preferred or equivalent job experience. Individual must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to exercise good judgment in decision-making and problem solving. Must be teamwork oriented.
•The “Musts”- you must have excellent communication and organization skills and ability to exercise good judgment in decision-making. Strong sense of follow-up. Able to multi-task and prioritize. Holds self-accountable for high personal and professional standards of conduct.
•The “Have To’s” – Holds yourself-accountable for high personal and professional standards of conduct. You HAVE TO love our brand, champion our culture and support our team!
•Non typical office environment. We have games in the lobby, a billiard table in the break room, Shuffleboard up front and we gather monthly to visit over “refreshments”
