Description

Full-time, hourly employee who reports directly to the Sales Center Manager. High-volume call center environment. Responsible for coordinating the sales process including administrative tasks and working with the store Special Events staff to ensure the quality experience of every event booked under the direction of the Sales Center Manager. Duties:

-Monitor team work flow and activities daily to ensure that guest service levels meet or exceed established benchmarks.

-Coach team and work towards achieving monthly sales goals for department. Report team performance to Sales Center Manager to ensure team goals are met.

-Conduct scorecard performance review for team monthly with input from Sales Center Manager.

-Motivate and support Sales Center Team maintaining positive morale within the unit. Create initiatives to increase motivation and excitement on team as well as improve performance.

-Provide on-going training to team members through proper monitoring and coaching. Serve as floor presence to answer questions and be available to team members that experience work issues.

-Assist in the training and on-boarding of new Sales Center Team Members.

- Identify training needs for team and report finding to Sales Center Manager.

-Evaluate existing workflow and develop recommendations and processes -for added department efficiencies. Serve as a member/leader on on-going process improvement projects. Assist Sales Center Manager with implementation of new Sales Center programs and strategies.

-Handle escalated guest issues in a professional and timely manner and further escalate issues when appropriate, using individual judgment and established procedures. Address customer dissatisfaction and analyze c-cause to define corrective action strategy.

-Work with Human Resources on employee related issues and opportunites

-Monitor staffing levels and update team schedule as necessary.

-Provide data reports and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

-Call Center Management a plus
-Hospitality experience preferred
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Professional and guest service oriented
-Excellent organization skills
-Enthusiastic, energetic self-starter
-High school diploma required
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-2 years college coursework preferred, full degree a plus
-Sales experience a plus
-Computer literate
